The camera is amazing

I purchased the camera for my church. Comparing the Logitech PTZ pro and Canon camcorder we were using, we can see a SIGNIFICANT difference. This camera performed very well even in a bad lighting environment.
The PTZ presets simplify the AV operation, the camera PTZ speed can be adjusted, and the moment is exceptionally smooth. It helps a lot during worship.
There is another story: I tried to connect the camera to an old PTZ controller. I sent AVKANS an email and they are very responsive. They even offer me TeamViewer support to resolve the problem. The camera has a lot of features to explore, and I am sure it would be a great camera for our church.

Glad I got this instead of the Mevo

Great camera and even better customer service. I needed a camera to record and stream indoor sports. I got this and returned my Mevo Go because the Avkans Go has 4k and their customer support is fantastic. Any questions I have while using it, I get personal responses and tips. This camera basically does everything the Mevo Start does, but can do it at 4k. And the app and firmware seem to have regular updates with improvements. I had never heard of Avkans before this purchase but I am impressed with them and looking forward to the continued optimizations they're doing in their releases.

This is a great camera for our multi camera set up

The company has been very helpful and responsive. We bought the kit with the two cameras and the switcher for our new livestream set up at church. We added this camera and it matched perfectly. We mounted the new camera upside down and could just flip the image in the software. The cameras move smooth and zoom well. Very professional. If you buy the controller it can do hundreds of preset shots per camera and up to 6 cameras on the controller. Use OBS and YouTube and you are all set.

Very good quality system a must buy!

This is used as a portable conference camera..VERY happy with the system. Works GREAT with Google meet and the chroma browser, OBS, Zoom and Skype. The ability to program cam position is fantastic. I run a 100' HDMI to a camlink capture card, works great no issues. The analog zoom is crisp. The remote reaches over 50' to the system with ease.
