They're the one that suggested to mount it on a flat surface. They make sure you're satisfied with your purchase 100% and will troubleshoot with you if you have problem with your camera and even install. Avkans Great PTZ Camera and Awesome Support

They have POE with all the bells and whistles. I’m currently using them using a HuddleCamHD joystick. If I get a chance I will get another for myself for podcasting. Consider this PTZ camera when shopping around.

The support person, Jenny, spent a LOT of time helping me. Finally, the issue was resolved by downloading the NDI software. The installation by Windows had assigned another type (ONVIF, I think) Now it's NDI and working fine. Don't worry about buying from them!

Premium Camera on a budget

My local church was looking for a Live Streaming video system, but were given a very tight budget. Did a little research on YouTube and found these cameras. I decided to give it a try, and what a Home Run! Video is very very clear, menus, control are very intuitive (just need to know a little of computers).
