Just purchased a new Avkans NDI PTZ Camera, which was on sale. I was very pleased with Jenny, the tech supporter. She relied very quickly to my email. She took her time and solved the problem. I had made the mistake of changing the language and couldn't change it back; she immediately changed it back to English. She then asked me if I had any other questions or problems. I told her the remote that came with the camera was not working; she found out I had not put any batteries in, so she waited until I put the batteries in, and the remote began to work. What a wonderful site that was. She went right to the problem, and as she worked she also did a quick rich text explaining what she did. I also explained that I needed to use this camera tomorrow, and she helped me get it working properly in Wirecast. I am hoping that if I have any more problems, I will be able to get her to help me.

Avkans Great PTZ Camera and Awesome Support

So I purchased a second camera because I was pleased with my first Avkan PTZ. I currently have them daisy chained but started encountering issues. I noticed that the firmware from the new one was version 10 and the old one was 01. I could not find it on their site so I reached out to support via email and responded within 3 minutes and in 20 minutes support had already incrementally upgraded my firmware to the current version. This was such a relief considering that it was close to midnight Central Time. I have recommended this camera to others that personally I’ve been able to get multiple churches on a budget get these. They have POE with all the bells and whistles. I’m currently using them using a HuddleCamHD joystick. If I get a chance I will get another for myself for podcasting. Consider this PTZ camera when shopping around.

Great ptz camera with an affordable price

We bought this in December and mounted on the wall in January then middle of February the video output started shaking so bad we can't zoom in. But, we found out that it was the mounting causing the vibration. Once we mounted it on a flat surface it was not shaking at all. Customer service is also top notch and once you contact them for an issue they will respond right away. They're the one that suggested to mount it on a flat surface. They make sure you're satisfied with your purchase 100% and will troubleshoot with you if you have problem with your camera and even install. We are fully satisfied with our AVKANS PTZ camera and recommended it to other church in our district. 2 of the church that we suggested it to already purchased their AVKANS PTZ camera. We'll buy the same camera again in the future.

Great PTZ Camera at its price point! Top Notch Customer Service

The AV-E20-NDI PTZ camera was bought as a gift for our church. The set up was very straight forward. I had some issues connect a network controller plugin in OBS to control the PTZ part of the camera. Jenny from AVKANS was very helpful and help me set it up. She was very responsive to my emails and helped me get everything straightened out in the end! The image quality is great! WE used it for the first time at church and the difference from our 10 year old sony handycam is staggering (comparing apples and oranges, but still)! We love the clarity even when zoomed in (had a little trouble focusing, but it may be the amount of light that we had and how far we had to zoom in). I would definitely recommend giving AVKANS PTZ cameras a whirl, especially when trying to make a budget. I would love to have at least two or three.

Premium Camera on a budget...

My local church was looking for a Live Streaming video system, but were given a very tight budget. Did a little research on YouTube and found these cameras. I decided to give it a try, and what a Home Run! Video is very very clear, menus, control are very intuitive (just need to know a little of computers). Been using them (got a second one a week ago) with little trouble. Their Tech Support team answered my emails in a timely manner. Had to do a Video Conference for support, and in less that an hour I was up and running. For the price of these cameras, it was a very good buy. My Pastor is very very happy. I'm getting kudos from everyone here. Giv'em a try.

Excelente soporte técnico

Tienen una excelente atención, a tal punto de ofrecerme respaldo para enlazar la cámara con el control PTZ vía TeamViewer. Calidad bastante aceptable en relación Calidad y Precio. Si quiere sacarle el máximo provecho a la cámara tiene que comprar el control PTZ Avkans, yo compré uno más económico y no tengo la función de velocidad de zoom y velocidad del pan y tilt ya que según el soporte técnico de Avkans el control que compré es para cámaras de seguridad.
