Charging Tips:

It is recommended to charge using the USB 3.0 cable included with the camera, or a high-quality Type-A to Type-C cable.This camera does not currently support fast charging cables or fast charging power adapters.If the camera does not charge properly, please make sure the power supply meets the following specification: 5V, 2-3A.

iOS users can search and download from the App Store; Android users can get it via Google Play or scan the QR code on the official AVKANS website (www.avkans.com) to install the compatible version.

Two connection modes are supported: ①Wi-Fi Connection (pair devices on the same LAN and search for the camera in the app to complete pairing); ②Cellular Data Connection (connect to the camera’s built-in hotspot and automatically jump to the preview interface).

Use NDI-compatible recording/live streaming software to search for and connect to the AVKANS GO for NDI signal access.

Enter the Transition function, choose from effects like Cut/Fade, adjust transition duration via slider (max 1000ms), and preview effects in the preview interface.

Access the Audio mixer to adjust input/output/device audio volume and mute status, and tweak noise reduction levels in settings.

Click REC to start/stop recording, customize resolution/storage path; enable SD card recording (disables USB/HDMI output), and set auto-recording on power-up.

Log in to your platform account (YouTube as an example), configure resolution/bitrate to start streaming; switch to RTMP direct mode for stability, and keep the app in the foreground to avoid interruptions.

You can select a focus mode , adjust image style and white balance for precise color reproduction, choose an exposure metering mode to optimize light balance, and also toggle the TOF/Tally button, rename the device, and perform firmware updates or camera resets.

Enter OSD settings to add personalized on-screen elements such as text, lower thirds, full-screen overlays, scoreboards, and picture-in-picture.

Adjust live stream delay/camera input quality, enable auto-director, support version updates/log exports/data clearing; consult official email or Facebook community for support if issues arise.
