Great camera
This is amazing. We love the AI tracking. Very easy to use and setup. One thing I’d like to see, the joystick isn’t programmable. I’d like pushing forward to go down and pulling backwards to go up. For me they are ‘reversed’ Excellent picture quality.
Autofocus works great. The ability to run this via CatV wiring was a huge selling point. No excess wiring for the camera or controller. White balance works great

Great products and fantastic customer tech support. Jenny went beyond the call of duty to see ensure my setup was back up to par from network blockage and joystick setup. NDI HX3 setup on PTZ cam to AVKANS go .Jenny really did helped and quick response time. Once you’re get it setup, the Ptz camera are easy to use.High recommend buying their products.

Very good quality system a must buy!
This is used as a portable conference camera..VERY happy with the system. Works GREAT with Google meet and the chroma browser, OBS, Zoom and Skype. The ability to program cam position is fantastic. I run a 100' HDMI to a camlink capture card, works great no issues. The analog zoom is crisp. The remote reaches over 50' to the system with ease.

Amazing Controller
This is an amazing controller. I have tried them all and this one is the best. It automatically find each camera with no problem and configure for you...no brainer...easy touch screen and e asy to learn all the controls. Once setup all you have to do is touch and go. Go ahead check out the rest, by far this one is the best on the scene right now and for a long time to come. It has all the protocals including NDI. Hooked up 5 NDI's to it with no problem plus visca, sony, IP all of them are there. If you use a lot of cameras in your streaming this is the one to buy...no other can even come close.

Speaking of Technical Support I give 7 stars. I'm new to PTZ camera technology and Jenny did amazing job. She patiently walk me through in every detail to setup my camera to the network, she updated the camera thru remote connection. Walk me thru the functionality of this camera and the remote control. I love that they include in the remote the focus, iris control, back light compensation, zoom in/out, F1-F4 to start tracking and changed from close-up to whole body tracking. And the 20X zoom is perfect to our church with 50 feet from camera to the stage.
