When you connect to the AVKANS Go camera via Wi-Fi, if the Wi-Fi connection is interrupted during live streaming or recording, the live stream and recording will continue, but the current screen content cannot be displayed properly. At this point, you can turn on your phone’s mobile data and attempt to stream live over a 5G network by connecting via a mobile hotspot or NDI. If you only want to record the current screen, you do not need to enable mobile data—you can directly connect to the AVKANS Go in hotspot mode or via NDI for recording.
To prevent loss of live streaming content due to the above situations, you can enable the recording function in advance to save the recorded content on your phone, or insert an SD card to store the recorded content on the SD card.
