If your web browser is up to date, you may can't see video or blurred video from web interface.
Pls download this firmware and update it, reboot the camera and you will be good to go.
You can upgrade it from web interface, or using upgrade tool.
When you use upgrade tool, pls choose SOC, it will go to 70%, and pls restart the camera after 1min, and it will be working.
